Lovely double room in new house

We are situated in a new development which is very convenient for the dual carriageway and for public transport, We are on the edge of the village so lots of lovely walks and countryside right on our doorstep. We are a friendly and fun home and we enjoy socialising. Anybody who lived with us would need to want to live with a fun family who enjoy a good laugh.
We have a 3 year old spaniel who we love and he is very friendly and enjoys being around people (he is a working cocker spaniel).
The room itself is a double bedroom which is furnished and full access to all other facilities in the house is part of the deal.
We have a busy life, but it always provides a bit of entertainment along the way :-)
We would love to have someone who enjoys travel, socialising and possibly a fellow gym goer or dog walker would be fab, but not essential.
Cost is £600 per month
