Shared bathroom. Close to bus stops, shops, pubs, Downs Link and Country Park. Smoking only allowed outside. Parking available in street (quiet cul de sac). Must love animals as there are 4 dogs and 1 cat. £100 deposit required, all bills included. I also have a single room available which is at the front of the house, at £500 per month.
