New double room with en-suite

Looking for a professional to share this relatively newly built house(due to my arrangements, I’m unable to cater to someone that is also working from home).

All bills included.

The house is a short walk from the local shops, pubs and restaurants, and the Southwater park is also just right around the corner.

Facilities wise, wireless internet is available for those who like to browse on the web or use streaming services. All facilities are almost brand new.

One parking space is available in front of the house if you own a car.

The kitchen is very spacious and looks directly over the garden.

As for myself, I'm a 31 year old professional working in the Southeast, currently working from in the home office. I'm a fairly laid back person overall, very reasonable and respectful of those who I live with as long as they respect the house.
