I live downstairs where there is a shared kitchen and toilet.

Offering a small single room, which is complete with a small desk and a chest of drawers, a place to hang clothes, a TV, and a radio.

There's full kitchen equipment in the room. There is also a bathroom with shower.

There is use of the garden if you wish. There is a small parking area near the house - but no guaranteed spot.

On a bus route if you haven't got a car and also has a cycle route. I'm a very keen cyclist so would appreciate having another cyclist.

£150 per month.
