Furnished En Suite Double Room in Steyning

The room is comfortable and clean and has been recently redecorated. It is situated directly as you walk in the house and can be accessed without having to enter the rest of the property. There is a double bed with a very comfortable mattress. There is ample drawer storage and space for a wardrobe. The room comes with a TV and freeview box.

The room has an en-suite toilet and shower.

The room is situated within a working family home, we have two large but very friendly dogs and a cat.
Generally, we are a laid back family unit and are respectful of people’s privacy and beliefs.

Bills are included in the monthly rent which should be payable by bank transfer or direct debit. Meals are not included. We would be happy to let tenants use the kitchen and dining room to prepare and eat meals and for them to have reasonable use of the washing machine, when required.

Work and character references will be required.
