Double room available - nice quiet area

Hey there, I am just starting to look for a new housemate

A double room is available for immediate occupation in a light, spacious, three bedroom home. Currently the room is furnished with a double, memory foamed bed (brand new), a side table and a chair. (however can be flexible as to what is in there) there is shelving, a wardrobe and curtains too.

There is only myself living there at the moment, and the third bedroom has no one living in it. I myself am a working professional, who works from an office 5 times a week, and am very sociable and enjoy being out and about, cooking, chatting and just generally enjoying life.

Would be great to find someone who has a similar lifestyle!

I will be doing it through an agent and will potentially need a reference, however as said above I am just looking into this for now.
