Tenants are welcome to use our kitchen facilities and sit and watch some TV, and have a chat, if they wish.
Steph and I have plenty of experience in hosting lodgers and we are generally easy going and happy to help in any way we can, however we will not tolerate any inappropriate behaviour, alcohol, recreational drugs or smoking in our house.
