Lovely detached, well set out property, located down a quiet private road (you'd need to have your own transport to make it feasible living here.) I've been living here for a few years now sharing with my house mate who is now moving on. The property is quite unique in that it provides a great balance between personal space (you'd have your own lounge, bedroom and bathroom), with a large shared kitchen which I'd describe as modern, clean and well maintained with plenty of cupboard space etc. Theres a spacious lounge and the bedrooms are at opposite ends of the property so generally you'd have plenty of privacy/peace and quiet if you need it.
I'm looking for a professional person, to share the place, being clean and tidy is a must as far as the kitchen is concerned, that's a non-negotiable, just need to put that out there from the outset. In general though I'd say I'm pretty chilled and easy to get on with, I'm quite busy person with work , weekend pursuits etc but it's nice to be able to have a bit of a natter about life, in the kitchen when around ! The place would suit a professional tenant , one with relatively regular work hours.
If you're looking for a potential long term option where you can settle , in really nice surroundings, enjoy some peace and quiet in a nice property then this could be a great option for you.
