There's a spacious lounge and the bedrooms are at opposite ends of the property so generally you'd have plenty of privacy/peace and quiet if you need it.

The current flatmate is pretty chilled and easy to get on with. He largely works from home and he says he 'enjoys weekend pursuits etc but it's nice to be able to have a bit of a natter about life, in the kitchen when around !'

The place would suit a professional tenant , one with relatively regular work hours and who is clean and tidy in the shared kitchen area.

Bills not included, Council tax is band E. You should budget for c£250 pm in all additional bills
