We are a professional couple living in the main house and are looking for a quiet single professional lodger who values privacy and independence. The annexe forms part of our home, so it would suit someone respectful who keeps things low-key and is not looking to host regular guests or social gatherings. Occasional visitors are of course fine, but this is not suitable for regular entertaining.
