Double room in quiet house

I am looking for a quiet lodger who will have the back bedroom overlooking the garden. You will have almost exclusive use of tu bathroom as I have my own …. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in th bathroom and I use these.

There are fitted wardrooms in thx room and a desk an chair. The bedroom is a double bed with storage underneath.

All bills are in l’uses providing you do not use an excessive amount of water, gas or electricity. I do not accept people who work from home.

Although I cannot provide parking there is plenty of parking in the neighbour.

A fabulous range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs etc is within a few minutes walk a the 100 and 2 buses go through Steyning. It’s a great place

Behind my house there are country walks within minutes of leaving my house.
You will share
My kitchen with me but I am used to that as I have had a
Number of lodgers over the years.
You will need to like dogs as I have an excitable westie as well as two other visiting dogs.
