Bright large room in Steyning - family home

Large room, with single bed but could fit a double, with view of the South Downs. House is in the heart of Steyning easy short to walk into town, bike and cycle on the Downs or the link path to Shoreham. The house is in a quiet close, very secluded with large garden and very peaceful.

We are a family home, one son is away at Uni and the other 2 are on gap years so come back occassionally. They all have their own rooms.

The room is on the top floor, there is a bathroom with large shower. There is another bathroom on the other floor with a bath.

Room contents - single bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, wardbrobe, desk, arm chair. We can remove furniture if preferred.

We have a large kitchen dinner, seperate lounge.

We are looking for someone friendly who is happy to share a house. We have two Whippets who are very friendly and gentle and are hypoallergenic. We are very friendly and easy going.

The house is well equipped, warm and full of character. There is a large range cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher and separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer
