The room is tastefully decorated and light with plenty of storage and is on a quiet road with views of the countryside and South Downs. The bathroom with over-bath shower is shared with only one other. A friendly, respectful and quiet family home with live-in landlady.

We are based in a quiet and safe residential area with a thriving community, with plenty of free parking available outside the property. The High Street offers a great range of independent shops, a late shop, bakery and various pubs, wine bars and cafes.

Easy access to the A24 and A27. Shoreham-by-Sea railway station just a 10 minute drive away and Worthing just the other side of the Downs.
