A recently purchased and renovated 5 bedroom property which we are looking to rent one room out to a tidy, respectful professional Monday to Friday only. This ensuite room comes furnished with a King-sized bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables and also has a very large built in double wardrobe. The kitchen, dining area and garden are shared spaces.

The property is located a short walk from Storrington High Street and the garden opens onto woodland, perfect for anyone who likes to get out and enjoy the Sussex countryside. There is plenty of parking and a garage which we can discuss use of if required. Pulborough train station is 10 minutes away and provides easy transport to London.

I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy and will respect my new home and enjoy it! We work a lot of hours so you will have plenty of your own space but I'm more than happy to have a drink and a natter!

The room is not used at the weekend and all your belongings can stay, we just enjoy our space to ourselves :)
