If you are not a dog lover, this room is not for you. The owner has two impeccably well-trained Akitas, which reside in the front room and the back garden; these are private areas that would not be accessible without permission.
This room is not suitable for a work-from-home professional; instead, it would suit a professional who goes to work every day (MOST DAYS AND HAS A LIFE).
After an initial trial period, there would be a 1-month rollover, with 1 month's notice on either side.
To maintain the peace and quiet of the residence, so that the dogs do not react, NO guests are allowed at all.
Also, please be aware that if either dog does not like it, then clearly it's no good. If you love big dogs, and are not scared, and they both like you, easy.
