Access to large garden. Situated in a quiet close with friendly neighbours. No private parking off road but multiple spaces available outside.
Great area for local rambling and beautiful views, all while being a couple minutes walk from the village.
Pets include cats, fish and parrots (birds have their own room) and lots of plants. Pets aside, the house is maintained as hypoallergenic as possible, including HEPA air-filter. Pets considered but not dogs and cats (as we already have 3 demanding cats)
Relaxed couple in thirties/fourties (veterinary nurse and wood worker) who enjoy gardening and cooking.
