We are situated on a quiet street with no through traffic, and have great neighbours who all look out for each other. There is on street parking and a bus stop near by along with a local shop. We are 15 mins from the nearest beach and surrounded by beautiful countryside. St Richards Hospital is 10 mins away and Chichester main line train station is also 15 mins away. We are also 10 mins away from Goodwood.

We are looking for a a quiet tenant as we have a disabled child who has specific care requirements for sleep in the evenings (so, no loud music in the evenings, I'm afraid).

Would suit interns at Rolls Royce due t location and bus infrastructure. Current lodger is one such gentleman and he loves the location due to easy bus links to work and the town.
