Double Room

I have a double room available with all bills included in the rent. The room has just been decorated and had shutters fitted. It features a wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers and under bed storage.

The whole house has been recently decorated and you’ve access to everything.

The garden gets the sun in the afternoon/evening and is a nice place to sit. The cabin in the garden is a small workout space which you can use as well.

There is no designated parking spaces but there’s only been a handful of occasions where I’ve parked out of view of the house.

I’m pretty laid back and try to keep things clean and tidy as best as I can. I work as a physio so I’m out all day Monday-Friday. I like long distance running so I do train a lot for that and when I’m resting I’m usually watching sport or reading a book.

I’d like to share with someone laid back who does their share quite naturally. I don’t mind if you’re someone who wants to spend all evening chatting or keep yourself to yourself. I’m sure we’ll get on anyway!
