Furnished Double bedroom to rent from December 2025. I’m a professional female and work in central Chichester. The other occupant is my 17 year old daughter who doesn’t really stay at home often. There’s a parking space by the front door. The house is a very large, well maintained, very clean and light 3 bed house (only 8 years old) with a good size garden. Plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen. 2 bathrooms. Only 7 minutes drive to Chichester. Female tenant preferred.
