Comfortable room in quiet Friendly Home

I have a double room available with sole use of your own bathroom.

All household bills included.

You will have use of the broadband, washing machine, dryer and everything in the kitchen.

There is a Bus stop within a 2 minute walk, Chichester with in 10 min drive.

There is myself, my wife, my 2 grown up children (25 & 28), 2 cats and 4 chickens.

We do not take smokers, people that vape, couples, pets or anyone that works nights.

You will need to be a clean and tidy person and we will require a reference from your employer and your current landlord or other reference.

We are ideally located for anyone working at Rolls Royce or Goodwood and have already had a number of Rolls Royce employees stay with us.
