I have a double room available in a modern semi-detached house. Room comes furnished with wardrobe, chest of draws and double bed. Large bathroom shared with one other female. The house has been renovated to a high standard with beautiful modern features including a beautifully open plan dining area that leads out into the garden, great for entertaining and summer BBQ's.
I am looking for like minded people of a similar age who will treat the house like their home, are sociable, enjoy having the odd meals together, watch a movie and have a good night out now and then.
There is off street parking and the number 55 bus stop opposite the street going to Chichester, Halnaker, Rolls-Royce etc.
