Double furnished room in quiet location

Large downstairs room available from 16th June 2023 fully furnished with desk, double bed, comfy chair and plenty of storage. The room is the first door as you walk in the house, ideal for privacy.
The house has three other bedrooms and one bathroom. In the interests of honesty the current bathroom doesn’t look too good but is due to be replaced in September. However the shower is amazing! It has a large garden. It is in walking distance from Storrington village shops, restaurants etc
I work long varied hours so can be in during the day but work lots of evenings. I live with my two sons and my son’s girlfriend one is in the armed forces the other is currently travelling in Australia.
We are a friendly family and we do like the occasional drink. I am a group fitness instructor so love my exercise.
