Hello, i am Daniel.

I am looking for a positive, friendly, respectable, hard working flat mate/s to join me living in an already cosy, lovely, homely environment.
Someone who is in full time/part time employment. And not someone who sits at home all day and all night.
I have preferenced "females" as i have a young son who comes to stay over alot and he gets on alot better with women than he does with men.

The flat itself is very spacious/airy/homely/good vibes and the area itself is very quiet/convenient/safe/accessible/community orientated.

My property is situated 15 mins walk/5 minute bus to Crawley town. 5 mins drive access onto M23 Gatwick/Crawley south or northbound. Bus stop right outside property which takes you either into town one way or opposite way into manor royal/redhill/surrey (No.100 bus).
Three bridges train station is a 15 minute walk. Three bridges Tesco superstore 10 minutes walk. Plenty of Amenities and convenience stores in this area. 10/15 walk to Manor Royal through subway.

Flat mate has access to:-

-Own bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet.
-All kitchen facilities (oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, sink).
