There is a door from the room to the nice garden; the garden is mature and a really nice place to relax in. There is privacy film to the windows and the glazed door.

The communal lounge is a very good size, There is a good size kitchen, utility room and two wash rooms, one of which has a shower. All crockery and cutlery is provided.

The property is very well appointed for transport. The house is about 20 minutes' walk from Three Bridges Station. Three Bridges has trains to London Bridge in under 40 minutes, London Victoria is a 40 minute journey. The vibrant city of Brighton is a quick 30 odd minute journey.

The bus stop, with the 100-service Fastway is 5 minutes' walk away. The bus takes about 40 minutes to reach Gatwick Airport. The house is in a good area of Crawley, situated in a no through road. There are shops nearby and the larger Tesco store is about 25 minutes' walk away. There are great pubs nearby. Nuffield health club is under two miles away.

Although there are five men in the house already we welcome applications from females! The room would also suit a trainee pilot on an 8 month course.
