En-suite Double bedroom in modern shared flat

FLAT:
On the ground floor - the flat comprises of 1 double bedroom with en-suite which is the room for rent. There is another double and additional bathroom which I occupy.

The flat has a nice hallway on entrance and then a lounge which joins to the kitchen.

Over the past 2 years the flat has been fully re-decorated (lots ripped out, lots rebuilt) to a high standard making it a really lovely space to live while giving enough personal space for 2 people.

The bathrooms are fitted with high spec power showers and new boiler system. High spec appliances in kitchen.
There is no garden/balcony but tilgate park is literally a 15min run away and large playing fields across the road.

The room has a built in wardrobe, double bed, tall chest of drawers and a desk if needed. It will be repainted a lighter grey once the current occupant leaves at the end of the month.

TRANSPORT:
The flat has 1 parking bay for my car and plenty of visitors spaces so is never an issue.
The 100 bus leaves from the end of the road with direct links to Gatwick.
Three bridges station is an 18min walk with direct links to London in 35mins

Co-op shops, post office, dentist and boots all 1min walk.

ABOUT ME:
I work in London so although a bit of a home bum over the weekends I’m home late during the week.
I work in hospitality, love getting to see friends when possible, travelling etc - the usual. Oh and I am a lover of wine and curry 🍷

The flat is not a party home but a place to relax after long weeks but of course having guests over on occasion is no problem at all.
