I'm looking to move out at the end of July, and am looking for someone to replace me as a tenant.
Current fixed term contract is ending March 2026 (with the option to renew for 6 or 12 months if you wish to stay further)
The room is a ground floor large double room, fit with a triple wardrobe, chest of draws, desk and king size ottoman bed for extra storage.
Please note: THE ROOM IS SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY.
Kitchen and bathroom is shared with one other person only.
There is a garden with a deck, and a shed out back for extra storage.
Location wise, very close to local transport. With bus stops going to East Grinstead, Gatwick Airport, Redhill, Brighton etc just around the corner, and 2 train station options (Crawley and 20 minute walk away and Three Bridges a 10 minute walk). About a 20 minute walk to the town centre, or just a 2 minute bus ride.
All bills are included.
Landlord will need to conduct references to confirm affordability.
