Shared amenities including open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area, bathroom and private garden with patio seating area. On street parking available and private locked outside storage.
I am a part time live in landlord so you will have the flat to yourself most of the week, therefore I am looking for a trustworthy, clean and tidy housemate.
Quiet location off Toddington Lane, wick. 10 minutes drive to seafront, easy access to A27, Littlehampton train station 25 minutes walk.
minimum term 3 months.
Broadband & All bills included. No pets, no smoking indoors.
