Bright and spacious bouble room to let

Hi I'm Astrid and I am offering a light and bright double room in my home in Upper Beeding in the middle of the South Downs. There is plenty of parking or 1 min walk to the bus stop. The Village has plenty of eateries, a newsagent, and a few shops along with many wonderful walks along the river, south downs and Beeding Brooks which is a haven for nature. Steyning is just up the road with its quirky shops and quintessential British charm. Shoreham is a 10 minute drive and Brighton and Hove less than half an hour.
You will have use of a bathroom, a large garden with a large decking area, kitchen, living room and dining room.
I will consider a couple but would have to charge a little extra.

I do have to cats who are both lovely although slightly simple and are usually out in the wilderness.

The room is bigger than it looks in the photos and has an amazing view over the river Adur. it will be available from the beginning of July
