Large ensuite double bedsit with own entrance

I am looking to share space within my home, in this beautiful area close to the South Downs Way and the Adur river, from the start of October. You would enjoy your own private entrance and space whilst sharing my large kitchen.

The bedsit is 4m x 5m and is accessed across your own patio and french windows. The room is comfortably furnished with a double size bed, double sofa, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The wifi is excellent.

The ensuite shower room is recently redecorated and a second door leads out of that and into a passage. Off the passage is another bathroom where clothes can be dried ( the bath is not available to our lodger due to gas prices!).
At the end of the passage is the huge well equipped kitchen ( again 4m x 5m) which would be completely for our shared use. An armchair and table and chairs in here means you can spread yourself out a bit. You would have your own food cupboard and shelf in the fridge/freezer. and there is a dishwasher and washing machine for us to use.

There is parking for one car for you and there is storage for a bike and potentially additional locked storage. There is a supermarket just a few minutes walk away.

Brighton and Worthing are half an hours drive away. Shoreham station is 15 mins drive and just beyond that the beach. There is an hourly bus service to Shoreham, Brighton and Horsham.

All bills are included including council tax (band F).
