Hi, I have a double room available in quiet house with shared facilities in Upper Beeding.

There's a shared kitchen/diner, lounge and bathroom, all recently renovated and a large garden (with plenty of homegrown veg available in the summer!). A great option for someone who wants to live in a peaceful and friendly environment.

The house is close to the river and the Downs, great if you like walking or cycling.

Parking and space in the garage are also available.

I'm looking for a tidy housemate, with a mature and responsible attitude.

Options to have room cleaned, laundry done or meals, at extra cost.

This would be perfect for someone working away from home.
