Double room with view of the South Downs. Parking and walk/cycle paths all around the south downs. 10 min drive to train-station. (Shoreham by sea) which is accessible via a cycle path that’s off the road takes around 15/20 mins to cycle along the river Adur. Shops 5 min walk through local park with kids play area. Large garden and conservatory that’s seperate from the house if you smoke 🚬 small green out the front for kids to play as it’s a quiet road and away from the main roads so very peaceful.
