Lovely room in country location. Downland views

Nice furnished double room. Beautiful country Downland and riverside location with stunning views and access to horse yard opposite, with lovely animals and relaxing environment; as the owner runs a rescue sanctuary for horses, cats and large birds as well as also working as a sports teacher. Stunning walks. The occupant must be okay with cats coming in the kitchen area but they don’t have access to the whole horse. Tidy welcoming home but it’s not scrubbed daily, so won’t suit someone who’s precise or uncomfortable with a busy “lived in” household. It’s not an air B and B style, but it is a home. The Room has been deep cleaned and is smart. Would suit an animal lover but the house is not a flea pit! Tidy and beautiful home but realistic and many improvements have been made.
