This house is situated in the heart of the South Down National Park; a mecca for anyone who enjoys the great outdoors. This perfect rural location is a light and airy space just 10mins from the edge of Chichester. There are 2 rooms currently available for a strict 6 month term. The first is a massive double room currently fully furnished (but this can be removed). The second room also has it's own lounge with amazing sea views. We're offering a large shared kitchen / diner and huge bathroom. Well behaved pets allowed (possible livery for horses too) and plenty of storage available if needed in the garage.
The flat has it's own back garden with washing line. Flatmate must be a non-smoker/vaper.
