Looking for a more tranquil place to live? This is a lovely double room,. Perfect for a professional lady, in a friendly home. with a double bed, comfy armchair, chest of drawers, dressing table, bedside table, and double fitted wardrobe. It's a really spacious room overlooking a large, secluded garden, which you can enjoy.

The living room has a smart TV and cross trainer. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a dishwasher and microwave. You'll have your own cupboard and shelf in the fridge and the washing machine is in a utility room just off the kitchen.

The household consists of a working couple, two professional female house-mates and occasional family members. It's a very calm household, where everyone gets on.

This room is ideal if you're a professional lady, who works in Horsham or the surrounding area, and wants a relaxed, happy family home, with people who are considerate, clear up after themselves, and like a bit of peace and quiet after 10 pm in the evenings.

If you're sociable and friendly, but also like your own space, this could be the ideal home for you.

All bills are included including unlimited broadband. One month's deposit is required. We would like you to stay for at least three months. However, it would be good if you are looking for a longer term rent.

Your friends and family are welcome. This will be your home! .But we would prefer you not to have a partner overnight.

The house is situated in a rural area, close to Warnham village with a village shop and butchers,. A few miles away, is Horsham, a lovely market town., and Horsham railway station. You would need a car as we’re pretty remote.
