Bright and airy double room amongst the vineyards

Hi there

I am seeking a lodger for a lovely bright double room on the first floor of a characterful semi-detached house in beautiful West Chiltington. I live here with my very friendly and calm Labrador- we enjoy the glorious countryside with miles and miles of walks straight from the front door, up through the vineyards and into the countryside beyond.

The room has a new and very comfy king sized bed, built in wardrobe and looks out over the garden and fields beyond. The family bathroom would be shared with me -but there is the option to have sole use of the downstairs shower room/loo, if you prefer.

There is a large open-plan kitchen/dining/living room which we would share. I use a separate sitting room as an office in the evening, so you would have the open-plan room largely to yourself. There is a large enclosed and very private rear garden to enjoy. Parking is on the street but the village is very quiet - so there is always ample parking.

The village shop and pub are within a couple of minutes walk. There is a lovely country pub in Nutbourse which you can walk across the vineyards to. Kinsbrook vineyard and restaurant are a few minutes away. We are a 10min drive to Pulborough train station which has regular trains to London. Pulborough has a large Tesco and Sainsburys, and a CrossFit gym. Storrington is a 5min drive and has a Waitrose and nice little high street. Brighton is a 40min drive away. Worthing and the coast are 25min drive.

Ideally, Im looking for Mon-Fri but would consider 7 days/full time for the right match. The room is available immediately. Please feel free to get in touch for any additional info.
