Double room in peaceful rural location

Furnished double room with view across a paddock. The room has a pine double bed with comfortable mattress, in-built wardrobe, drawers.
Shared modern kitchen, bathroom (includes bath and over-bath shower), dining room, lounge (with open fireplace), garden. A toilet in the upstairs bathroom, plus a separate toilet downstairs.
Street parking-you can always get space in this road. The house is in quiet village with a local pub that serves food; it is surrounded by woodland, farms, and footpaths.
Road links to Chichester (10miles), Havant, Portsmouth, Petersfield via A27, A259 and A3. Travel by bus is possible in the daytime. The nearest rail station is Rowlands Castle, about a 10 minute drive, or Havant about 15 min drive.
The rent includes all bills and wifi. Mobiles - only the EE related networks get a phone signal in the house, if you're on another network you'll need WiFi calling or you can get a signal up the hill. The room is let for one person, it is not suitable for couples.
The decor is a bit arty (I'm an artist). I work from home most of the time so I'm looking for a lodger who doesn't - who works or studies elsewhere during the day. Other than that, it is a peaceful home and place to live with a large garden.
