Hello, I live in a 4 bedroom property in Tarring, West Worthing. I have a double bedroom with en-suite situated in my loft available for immediate rent, I am 51 and have two children a 13yr old daughter and 17yr old son who live with me about 50% of the time depending on my shifts. We are a very happy, quiet, easy going family. I am looking for someone to share my home and all its amenities. I would like my potential tenant to feel comfortable and treat my home as there own. We have a large living room, conservatory, south facing garden, and spacious driveway to store your car safely. West worthing station is approximately a 15 minute walk and bus stop 5 minutes.
