Landlord is tidy and easy going, works mostly from home. Happy to socialise if suits tenant. Would be suitable for professional/hybrid worker.

I work for the Police, so tenant must be criminal record free, no drugs or illegal habits. Names of tenants are submitted to my employer to ensure suitability to be tenant. However this will hopefullly provide reassurance of quality and safety of property.
