It is in a great area, walking distance to West Worthing Station (excellent for commuting to London, Gatwick, Brighton, Chichester, Southampton etc) and close to main roads. Central for many local companies (GSK, EDF, Southern Water, HMRC etc)
I am a professional working full time so will be out of the house mon-fri, however laid back and sociable the rest of the time!
