Double ensuite room in house seconds from the sea

I have a private double room with en-suite, available in a fabulous happy home 30 metres from the beach.
Available 1st February.

Strictly single occupancy only. One month deposit and first months rent required on day of moving in.

This is a quiet and happy household and we are looking for the right person to fit in. The house is in a fabulous location seconds from the sea, one minutes walk into town and ten minutes walk to the station.

You would be sharing with 2 others, definitely not party people but easy going, respectful and tidy.

The kitchen and TV room are shared, along with the large main bathroom which has both a shower and a bath. Bills all inc.. Sky TV and wifi.

There is small patio garden.

I would like to find a professional person who works Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm or similar hours.
No shift patterns, nor work from home.

Parking is free on the road outside the house before 9am and after 6pm and all free day on Sundays.
4 mins walk away there is free all day on street parking.
