Double Room available in West Worthing

Lovely light, double-room available in a 2 bed flat in West Worthing, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and station.

The room is fully furnished with built in wardrobes, a double bed and a writing desk with chair.

You would be sharing with me (female interior designer) and my dog Bertie so you would need to be dog friendly as she'll likely want to curl up next to you on the sofa.

There is a large sitting room with sofa, dining area, working fire which is super cosy in winter ....even a piano if you play. The bathroom has been recently renovated and has a separate bath and shower.

I'm easy going and love to cook, listen to music, have a natter, dog walk, and go for swims in the sea. Looking for someone fun and friendly but who also values there own space. Being clean and tidy is important as i love the flat to look nice especially because i work from home 5 days a week. For that reason, it wouldn't work if you also need to work from home most of the time.

The room is available for a minimum of 3 months.
