1 bed garden flat - 6 months with possible extend

Hi,

My lovely flat is up for rent for a minimum of 6 months from the start of November 2024 until May 2025. After this 6 month period, I will be re-advertising it for sale but this could take months (I would imagine between 3-6 months) to find a potential buyer and go through. You would be given at least a 2 months notice period once an offer was accepted.. From the point the flat is advertised and has viewers, you would need to be accepting of viewings via estate agents (I would be mindful of your schedule).

About the flat: It is a peaceful ground floor 1 bedroom garden flat with tonnes of natural light. Located in West Worthing and a 5 minute walk to the train station/15 minute walk to the sea. Unfurnished but the cooker and fridge are built in.

There is a shared entrance at the front of the property as well as back garden access via the side of the property.

The bathroom features a large walk in shower, there is a large storage cupboard in the hallway, 1 small double bedroom with compact built in wardrobe. There is an open plan living/kitchen space with patio doors opening onto a West facing enclosed patio garden (very low maintenance!).

The flat is very peaceful, I have worked from home and rarely heard any noises from the neighbours (they are all friendly and very respectful). Due to the flat being to the back/side of the property you do not hear any noises from the road. The road is fairly quiet however, with ample free parking on street.

I would consider a well behaved pet.
