Second floor (top floor) flat without lift. My partner and I are renting the 2nd bedroom of our 2 bedroom apartment.

Occupant will have full use of bathroom (but it is NOT an en-suite) and share the kitchen.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, TV.

There is no space to store a bike (foldable bike OK)

My partner and I have busy schedules so we are looking for someone private and independent.
