I'm a female professional who works full-time, and I'm looking for the same to share this flat with, on the second floor of a converted house, in a quiet area of West Worthing.

No couples and remote workers.

The room comes with a double bed, waredrobe and wall-shelves. A bedside table can be added if required.
The room faces on to the back communal garden and car park. It's amazing in the evening when the sun shines in.

Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom (toilet, bath and shower). Use of the washing machine.
There is communal private parking at the back of the building.

Council Tax (band B), Gas/Electric, Water, Broadband, TV License).

Location:
10min walk to the Beach.
10min walk to West Worthing Train Station.
15min Walk to Goring High Street (supermarkets, shops and restaurants).
5min walk to Bus stop (Coastliner and Pulse).

I am looking for someone who must be clean, tidy, considerate, respects the property and belongings of others.
The home environment is calm and relaxed.
