One street from the sea, ground floor, beautiful surroundings, 10 min walk into town, quiet residential area, modern and minimalist flat. The room available has a window which looks onto a secluded green. There is easy access to the communal garden and there is a private patio with seating. The garden is kept beautiful and groomed all year round.
There is a separate bathroom and toilet. Worthing is one of the sweetest most authentic towns on the south coast. Being 10 minute walk from the town, the delightful pier and seaside cafes and restaurants means that renting a room in my home means that you have peace and quite at home and then when you seek fun, community, dining out and culture you are not far away at all.
There is a washing machine in the kitchen.
