Double room in West Worthing

Double room available Mid May for professional (full time working) female. (No home workers). The price per month includes bills. Fully furnished room with use of shared bathroom. House includes, shared kitchen with washing machine, own fridge freezer, kitchen utensils and appliances. Living with professional couple and 2 cats. 2 minutes walk from beach, 10 minute walk to shops, short walk or bus route to town centre and train stations. We are looking for an easy going, straight forward, professional female who will use the room as their base. We ask for no overnight guests and only visitors with our agreement. We are a hardworking couple, who enjoy a quiet and relaxing environment in the evenings and at weekends. Photos of room and house will be added.
