I have room to rent, available now. The room for rent is partially furnished, ( there is few chest drawers and sofa bed not in the picture but I can put in) no smokers are preferred, no pets are allowed, and it is suitable for a professional individual or couple, all bills included, (water, gas central heating and council tax).
