Abit about me:
- I commute to London so I am away a lot of the week / weekends so you’ll be able to enjoy the place to yourself when I’m not around.
- Big into sport (mainly rugby), travel, gym and having the odd beer.

Roommate:
- Looking for someone easygoing who will treat the property like their own home.
- Minimum 6 months with deposit upfront.
- Suitable for male between 25-40.
