Large room/flat to rent

Hi all
I have a room to rent in a beautiful flat. Although the contract is on room basis you will have the whole flat to yourself as I am on 4 months contract up North so won't be here. I might be coming back every 1-2 months for a weekend.
The bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobe. Bathroom has over bath shower. All needed appliances in the kitchen. Flat is furnished as in photos. There is off street allocated parking. It's a cottage with total 10 flats, set away from main road, very quiet. The flat has its own entrance.
Some bills are included (council tax, water and broadband) but not gas and electrics (smart meter).
I'm looking for a mature professional tenant. It's initially for 3 months but might be extended as my contract likely to be longer.
It's 5 min from west Worthing train station, 10 min walk to sea front.
Viewing next weekend are welcome.
