Spacious 1 bed, 5 mins walk from seafront

Large living room with a south-facing window. There is a bookshelf, you can use it as you please. The plant shelf next to the sofa extends to a desk or dining table. You can care for the plants or I can re-home them. There is no TV but you’re welcome to bring your own. There is Wifi. The Wifi, plus water, electricity and council tax is included in the price. You will need your own contents insurance.

Kitchen has a fridge, freezer, kettle, filter coffee machine, smoothie maker, oven and hob. No toaster or microwave but again, you are welcome to bring your own.

Bathroom has both a bath and a shower. The water tank needs time to heat but the shower has it’s own heater so you don’t have to wait.

3 minute walk to the local shops and a 15 minute walk to the town centre. 5 minutes walk to the seafront with a coffee van and beach sauna parked up. During the summer there are also pizza vans along the front.

Parking available for free on the street.

15 minute walk to 2 different stations.
